Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

Hervis Electrical Design offers professional electrical installation, design, repair, and consulting services in compliance with local and national electrical codes.

2. Estimates and Payments

  • All estimates are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.

  • For projects exceeding $5,000, a deposit of 30% of the total estimate is required before work begins.

  • Final payment is due within 7 business days after the project is completed.

  • Late payments will incur a fee of 5% per month of the outstanding balance.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for rescheduling.

  • If the client proceeds with the project after rescheduling, a fee may apply for changes.

  • Cancellations will not incur fees; however, repeated last-minute cancellations will result in the client being placed on a "do not service" list.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • We offer a 1-year warranty on all labor performed.

  • Any equipment or materials installed are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. While we can assist in the warranty process, Hervis Electrical Design is not responsible for manufacturer defects or failures.

  • Warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse.

    • Damages caused by third parties.

    • Issues resulting from external or unforeseen factors.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure the following before work begins:

  • Provide any necessary gate codes or security access to the property.

  • Obtain required community-specific permits (e.g., HOA, associations).

  • Guarantee safe and accessible working conditions for our team.

  • Secure permissions from the property owner when the project is contracted by tenants, relatives, or other third parties.

Hervis Electrical Design will handle all city-related and electrical permits. However, the client is responsible for any additional approvals required by property owners, HOAs, or similar entities.

6. Intellectual Property

​All content, designs, and materials on this website are owned by Hervis Electrical Design and are protected under copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to Terms

​These Terms & Conditions will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary. Any modifications will take effect immediately upon posting on this website.
